About the event
The PCREC will hold an event honoring Charlie Kirk and reaffirming our commitment to our constitutional free speech rights. There will be remarks by Turning Point USA’s regional field representative William D’Amico, Secretary of State Kris Warner, WVGOP Chairman Josh Holstein, and WVGOP Executive Director Ryan Jacinto. Other speakers may be added as they become available.
The purpose of this event is to be inspired by Charlie Kirk’s legacy, learn how to get involved locally, and to help young people learn about starting local TPUSA chapters.
Please join us on Monday, October 27, 2025 on the 2nd floor of the historic Putnam County Courthouse.
